At The Fish Farm, we want you to be completely hooked on your new fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect catch, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
